Improvements
- Visual improvements of drawing reinforcement in the Report Generator.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a graphical bug that would display the previous reinforcement option instead of the current one.
- Fixed a graphical bug with the shear force calculation output when the shear force is larger than \(V_{Rd,max}\)
- Fixed a bug that could occur while loading files that had manually created load combinations.
- Fixed a minor bug with calculating \(V_{Rd,max}\). Now using \(z = 0.9d\) instead of \(z = d\).
