- The program now cleans up unused files after generating a report.
- UI now indicates when a file has been saved successfully.
- Fixed an issue where loads could get removed when changing span lengths.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Eurocode Design Checks in the 'Calculation Summary'-view could stop updating after a calculation where the beam was unstable.
- Fixed a graphical issue where reinforcement could get put in different layers due to rounding errors that were not displayed to the user.
- Fixed a visual bug in the calculation output equations for x_II (compressive zone height in stadium II).
- Fixed an issue with scrolling in ULS/SLS result table windows.
- Fixed a rare issue where the self weight would not be automatically added.
