Improvements

• When changing from a Spring support and then back to a spring support, the program now remembers last stiffness values instead of resetting them to zero.

Bug Fixes

• Now includes reinforcement from both sides when checking minimum cracking reinforcement according to 7.3.2 for cases with full tension from shrinkage cracking restraint.
• Fixed an issue with checking minimum reinforcement spacing. No longer considers double reinforcement amount in laps/splices.
