Starts with two reinforcement bars as default when adding new Reinforcement Groups.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where the Shear Reinforcement was not correctly updated when user removes the currently selected Shear Reinforcement Option.
Fixed a bug where design checks for slabs would not disappear when the user changes from a slab section to a beam section.
Fixed a rare bug where equations would not be displayed correctly if the system does not have any fonts installed.
Fixed an issue with opening saved files, where the reinforcement spacing in slabs would be rounded down 5 millimeters in some cases.
