Improvements

• Now closes all sub-windows (tables, report generator etc.) when the main window is closed.
• If a sub-window is already open, then the already existing one is now focused instead of opening a new one, when user tries to open a new one.
• Improved how the program displays and handles calculation warnings. Now a "Fix"-button can appear sometimes, helping the user fix some modelling issues automatically.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a minor visual bug where the name would appear blank when creating custom materials.
• Fixed an issue where the 'Basic Combination' would not get updated instantly after adding and removing a load case.
