New Features

Added interactive tips banner to help users discover program features and keyboard shortcuts.
Added "Show on Beam" button in Longitudinal Reinforcement view to temporarily highlight the selected cross-section on the main beam drawing, making it easier to see where the reinforcement is located.
When viewing calculation details, the corresponding cross-section is now automatically highlighted on the beam drawing, helping you quickly identify which section is being analyzed.

Improvements

Minor improvements to the user interface.
Now shows progress indicators when the program is calculating the deflection on a background thread.
Improved reinforcement area calculation display to show the reduction due to insufficient anchorage length near the ends of reinforcement bars.
Added "Keep window on top" option for windows: click the pin icon in the title bar to keep windows visible while working with the main application or other applications.

Fixed an issue where the minimum shear reinforcement check (9.2.2(5)) would not disappear when switching from a beam section to a slab strip section.
