- Fixed an issue where minimum reinforcement checks (9.2.1.4) would intermittently disappear from the design checks list
- Fixed an issue where the Design command would omit holding bars when only shear reinforcement was required, leaving stirrups without top bars to tie to
- Fixed an issue where save files using concrete grades C28/35 or C32/40 could not be opened
