Improvements

• SLS crack-width checks (7.3) now show N/A when no Crack-Width (quasi-permanent) combination is selected, and reactivate automatically once one is added.
• Reduced the number of cases where Reinforcement Design would add more reinforcement bars than required.
• Some minor improvements to the user interface.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the crack-width check (7.3) information popup showed the cross-section but none of the calculation formulas.
