Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where opening the Report Generator could show an unexpected sign-in prompt.
• Fixed an issue where the application could close unexpectedly while the Report Generator was open and the beam was being edited.
• Fixed an issue where deflection results could stop updating, leaving a progress indicator running, when a cross-section had no reinforcement on the tension side (e.g. just after adding a span, or before bottom reinforcement was entered).
