Improvements

• T-sections can now limit the flange to the effective width of EN 1992-1-1, section 5.3.2.1. The smallest \(l_0\) along the beam (figure 5.2) gives one \(b_{eff}\) that is used for the whole beam.
• Updated the Norwegian low-carbon classes to NB37 (October 2025): the ten Lavkarbon 10-90 classes replace Lavkarbon A/B/Pluss/Ekstrem.
