Reinforcement Grouping & Bug Fixes
Added combined Rows + Upper/Lower grouping mode for reinforcement tables, origin and centre of gravity indicators, and several bug fixes.

- Added combined "Rows + Upper/Lower" grouping mode in the reinforcement table, letting you organize bars by both row and layer position
- Added origin and centre of gravity indicators to the section visualization

- Fixed shear utilization (\(V_{Ed}/V_{Rd,c}\)) displaying inconsistent values across different views
- Fixed dimension labels occasionally appearing upside-down on the section preview

- Fixed section preview not updating correctly when using grouped reinforcement view
- Fixed 3D interaction diagram markers growing larger on repeated clicks
- Fixed scrolling in the Release Notes window
