Bug Fixes

• Corrected the concrete cover adequacy check to compare against the required nominal cover; it could previously report an incorrect result.
• Crack-width checks now consider all serviceability load combinations when deciding whether a section cracks.
• The section panel now shows a clear error message when a section cannot be built, instead of going blank.
• Fixed the 3D utilization ray not updating when you edit the selected force value.
• Fixed leftover selection highlight after deleting a bar selected on the canvas.
• The forces table now shows a proper empty state when no forces are entered.
